This Privacy Policy describes how Podcast Fan Club, LLC treats personal information we collect from or about you where this Privacy Policy is posted or referenced. This Privacy Policy does not apply to sites that contain a different Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is not a contract and does not create any legal rights or obligations.


1. We collect and use personal information from and about you

We (and the vendors and other parties we hire to perform business functions on our behalf) may collect, receive, and develop several categories of personal information:

Contact Information. For example, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, mailing address and username/social media handles. 

Demographic Information. We may collect demographic information, such as your age, birthdate or gender.

We also collect comments you post on our platforms and your responses to surveys, questionnaires or polls you complete. We may also collect information about your engagement with our content and topcis of interest.

We use tracking tools like cookies to automatically collect information about how you interact with our websites, apps, and online content. We might look at what site you came from, or what site you visit when you leave us. We may collect page interaction information (such as what areas of the websites you visit, the content you access and for how long, what search terms you enter, and what products or content you click on or like), and methods used to browse away from the page. If you use our mobile apps, we may also look at how often you use the app and where you downloaded it. 

Location Information: We collect any physical address you submit. We may also collect information about your general location, using your zip code or postcode and IP address.

We may collect and develop Inferences: Using the other pieces of personal information collected about you, we may draw inferences about you, reflecting what we believe to be your preferences, characteristics, predispositions, and attitudes.

We use information for marketing purposes. For example, we might use information to provide you with information about special promotions or offers. We might also use your information to serve you ads about our products,  services and offers. We might tell you about new features or services. These might be our own offers or third party offers we think you might find interesting.

We also use your information to provide you with certain information you request, including Q&A and custom content.

3. We collect personal information about you from various sources

We collect personal information directly from you. We collect information if you sign up for an account or our emails, contact us, or otherwise interact with us through our sites. We also collect information if you make a purchase. We collect any personal information you provide if you post a comment, leave us a message, make a request, or complete a survey.

We collect personal information from your devices. We (and our third party vendors) use tracking tools like browser cookies and web beacons to automatically collect information about you. We collect this information when you interact with our websites, mobile apps, our ads, and our emails that we or our vendors send to you. We get personal information from vendors we hire to work on our behalf. Vendors that host or maintain our websites and send promotional emails for us may give us information. Our marketing agencies, advertising and technology vendors, and analytics providers may also provide us with information.

These other parties might also include business and marketing partners and social media platforms that give us information they have collected either directly or indirectly from you. We also use features that let your friends give us your information, for example, when they purchase gifts for you.

We may also share your information if there is a change to our corporate structure. We may also share your information with others as they conduct diligence of our corporate changes.

5. You have certain choices about how we use your personal information

You can opt out of receiving our marketing emails. To stop receiving our promotional emails, follow the instructions in any promotional email you receive from us. Even if you opt-out of getting marketing messages, we will still send you transactional messages, including announcements and other messages related to the services you purchased. These include responses to your questions.

  • Strictly necessary cookies. These are cookies that are required for the operation of our website. They include, for example, cookies that enable you to log into secure areas of our website. This category of cookies cannot be disabled.

Disabling a cookie or category of cookie does not delete the cookie from your browser. You will need to do this separately within your browser. Since flash cookies do not reside in your browser, your browser settings will not affect them. 6. Your California Privacy Rights

  • Deletion– You can request that we delete your personal information that we maintain about you, subject to certain exceptions.
  • Do Not Sell My Personal Information– You can request that we not sell your personal information. For purposes of this Privacy Policy, “sell” means the sale, rental, release, disclosure, dissemination, availability, transfer, or other oral, written, or electronic communication of your personal information to an outside party for monetary or other valuable consideration, subject to certain exceptions set forth in applicable California law.

We may deny certain requests, or fulfill a request only in part, based on our legal rights and obligations. Note that for purposes of these requests pursuant to this Privacy Policy, personal information does not include information about job applicants, employees and other of our personnel or information about employees and other representatives of third party entities we may interact with.

We will take reasonable steps to verify your identity prior to responding to your requests. The verification steps will vary depending on the sensitivity of the personal information and whether you have an account with us.

You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. When submitting the request, please ensure the authorized agent is identified as an authorized agent.

7. Our site is not intended for children

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 18 without permission from a parent or guardian. If you are a parent or legal guardian and you think your child under 18 has given us information, you can contact us at the mailing address below

We are not responsible for these third party websites or their policies.

We will make reasonable efforts to use the latest security technologies designed to help ensure that the information we collect about our users is secure. However, the Internet is not 100% secure. We cannot promise that your use of our sites or services will be completely safe. Any transmission of your data to our site is at your own risk.
