1. We collect and use personal information from and about you

We collect Internet and Network Activity Information: If you use our sites, we may collect information about the browser you are using or your IP address. We might also collect device identifiers. We use tracking tools like cookies to automatically collect information about how you interact with our websites, apps, and online content. We might look at what site you came from, or what site you visit when you leave us. We may collect page interaction information (such as what areas of the websites you visit, the content you access and for how long, what search terms you enter, and what products or content you click on or like), and methods used to browse away from the page. If you use our mobile apps, we may also look at how often you use the app and where you downloaded it.
Location Information: We collect any physical address you submit. We may also collect information about your general location, using your zip code or postcode and IP address.

We may collect and develop Inferences: Using the other pieces of personal information collected about you, we may draw inferences about you, reflecting what we believe to be your preferences, characteristics, predispositions, and attitudes.
2. We use personal information as described here
We use information for marketing purposes. For example, we might use information to provide you with information about special promotions or offers. We might also use your information to serve you ads about our products, services and offers. We might tell you about new features or services. These might be our own offers or third party offers we think you might find interesting.
We use information to respond to your requests or questions. For example, we may use your information to contact you in response to your feedback or other matters related to our relationship with you. 3. We collect personal information about you from various sources
We collect personal information directly from you. We collect information if you sign up for an account or our emails, contact us, or otherwise interact with us through our sites. We also collect information if you make a purchase. We collect any personal information you provide if you post a comment, leave us a message, make a request, or complete a survey.
We collect personal information from your devices. We (and our third party vendors) use tracking tools like browser cookies and web beacons to automatically collect information about you. We collect this information when you interact with our websites, mobile apps, our ads, and our emails that we or our vendors send to you. We may collect this information about you over time and across devices. We may have third parties collect personal information on our behalf in this way, too.
We get personal information from vendors we hire to work on our behalf. Vendors that host or maintain our websites and send promotional emails for us may give us information. Our marketing agencies, advertising and technology vendors, and analytics providers may also provide us with information.
We get information about you from other sources. Other parties may give us personal information about you. These other parties might also include business and marketing partners and social media platforms that give us information they have collected either directly or indirectly from you. We also use features that let your friends give us your information, for example, when they purchase gifts for you.
We combine information. We may combine information that we have collected offline with information we collect online. Or we may combine information we get from another party with information we already have. We may also aggregate your information with other consumers’ information to understand preferences and trends over time.
4. We share certain personal information
We will share your information with our affiliates. For example, your information may be shared with audio chuck, LLC to facilitate work activities and provide services on behalf of us.
We share your information with vendors who perform services on our behalf. We may share your information with a successor to all or part of our business. If part or all of our business is sold, we may include user information as part of that transaction, which may include some or all categories of your information. We may also share your information if there is a change to our corporate structure. We may also share your information with others as they conduct diligence of our corporate changes.
We may share information for other reasons we may describe to you from time to time as permitted by law.
5. You have certain choices about how we use your personal information
You can opt out of receiving our marketing emails. To stop receiving our promotional emails, follow the instructions in any promotional email you receive from us. Even if you opt-out of getting marketing messages, we will still send you transactional messages, including announcements and other messages related to the services you purchased. These include responses to your questions.
You can control certain cookies and tracking tools.
We currently use the following types of cookies:
- Strictly necessary cookies. These are cookies that are required for the operation of our website. They include, for example, cookies that enable you to log into secure areas of our website. This category of cookies cannot be disabled.
- Analytical cookies. These cookies allow us to recognize and count the number of visitors and to see how visitors move around our website when they are using it. This helps us to improve the way our website works, for example, by ensuring that users are finding what they are looking for easily. Information collected by Google Analytics cookies will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United states of America in accordance with its privacy practices. You may disable cookies by activating the setting on your browser that allows you to refuse the setting of all or some cookies. However, if you use your browser settings to disable all cookies (including strictly necessary cookies) you may not be able to access all or parts of the site.
Some browsers have “do not track” features that allow you to tell a website not to track you. These features are not all uniform. We do not currently respond to those signals.
Disabling a cookie or category of cookie does not delete the cookie from your browser. You will need to do this separately within your browser. Your browser may give you the ability to control cookies or other tracking tools. How you do so depends on the type of tool. Certain browsers can be set to reject browser cookies. Since flash cookies do not reside in your browser, your browser settings will not affect them. To control flash cookies, you thus need to If you use your browser settings to disable all cookies you may not be able to access all or parts of the site. If you have disabled one or more analytical cookies, we may still use information collected from cookies prior to your disabled preference being set.
Choices you make regarding cookies and other tracking technologies are website, device, and browser specific, and are deleted whenever you clear your cookies or your browser’s cache.
6. Your California Privacy Rights
If you reside in California, you can make the following requests with respect to your personal information:
- Access– You can request that we disclose to you the categories of personal information collected about you, the categories of sources from which the personal information is collected, the categories of personal information sold or disclosed, the business or commercial purpose for collecting and selling the personal information, the categories of third parties with whom we share the personal information, and the specific pieces of personal information collected about you over the past 12 months.
- Deletion– You can request that we delete your personal information that we maintain about you, subject to certain exceptions.
You can make these requests by mailing the address below. We will not discriminate against you because you made any of these requests.
We will take reasonable steps to verify your identity prior to responding to your requests. The verification steps will vary depending on the sensitivity of the personal information and whether you have an account with us.
You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. When submitting the request, please ensure the authorized agent is identified as an authorized agent.
- We may collect, use, and disclose for our business and commercial purposes as described in Section 2 above, the following categories of personal information as set forth in applicable California law: Identifiers; California customer records (such as contact information and payment information); commercial information; characteristics of protected classifications under California or federal law; Internet or other electronic network activity information; audio, electronic, or visual information; and inferences.
- We collect these categories of personal information from the sources described in Section 3
- We do not currently consider the ways we shared your personal information in the past 12 months to constitute the “sale” of your information as defined in the California Consumer Privacy Act.
If you reside in California, you may also ask us one time each year if we have shared personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes. 7. Our site is not intended for children
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 18 without permission from a parent or guardian. If you are a parent or legal guardian and you think your child under 18 has given us information, you can contact us at the mailing address below
8. We may transfer your information outside of the country
If you choose to provide us with personal information, we may transfer that information to our affiliates and subsidiaries or to other third parties, across borders, and from your country or jurisdiction to other countries or jurisdictions around the world. If you are visiting from another region with laws governing data collection and use that may differ from the laws of the United States, please note that you are transferring your personal information to a region which does not have the same data protection laws as other countries. Please also be aware that by using our sites or giving us your information, you consent to such transfer.
